Because our products are carefully developed as curriculum-based literature, we maintain a structured refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our publishing operation.

Physical Books & Printed Materials
We accept refund requests for physical products under the following conditions:
Eligibility Window:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements:
To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Free from damage

Returned in their original condition
Books that show signs of use, writing, highlighting, bent pages, water damage, or other wear may not be eligible for a refund.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue so our team can resolve it quickly.
We will gladly offer:

Digital Products, Downloads, and Educational Resources
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final.
This includes:

Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your files, our support team will assist you promptly to ensure you receive your purchase.
Curriculum Bundles & Classroom Packages
For schools, educators, and bulk purchasers:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and prior to classroom distribution.
Once materials have been distributed, copied, or implemented within a classroom or organization, they are considered accepted and non-refundable.
We strongly encourage institutions to review order quantities carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once fulfillment begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Rich Kid, Poor Kid is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow:
5–10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
