Bulk Orders (Schools & Institutions)
Large curriculum orders may require additional processing time to ensure proper packaging and shipment.
For bulk educational purchases, we recommend placing orders well in advance of classroom implementation dates.
If you are ordering for a school, district, or educational organization and require coordinated shipping, please contact us prior to purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Rich Kid, Poor Kid is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
After a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
However — we will always advocate on behalf of our customers.

Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging our books and curriculum materials.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
